Laugh.com was originally founded by legendary comedians, including George Carlin, Jonathan Winters, Milton Berle, Red Buttons, Phyllis Diller, Bill Dana, Rich Little, Shelley Berman, Jackie Martling, Norm Crosby, and some money grubbing Internet-savvy engineers, lawyers, comedy professionals, ordinary accountants, and shipping monkeys. If we don’t do right by you, please blame the shipping monkeys.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship by Priority Mail, via the United States Postal Service (USPS), who generally take between 2 to 4 business days to deliver within the U.S. after we ship the item. We will ship your item within 2 business days of receipt of your order, unless for some reason we can’t. Postage fees are US$4.97 for up to 4 items,5 or more items is $6.97. Believe me, we’re losing money on this fee, but we hope you will be pleased with our prompt service.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF U.S.

We ship to certain locations outside of the U.S. that are serviced by USPS Priority International Mail. If your country or location is not listed in our order entry form, and you still wish to place an order, please send an email to [email protected]. A shipping and handling charge will be added to orders shipped to locations outside of the U.S. Shipments to locations outside the U.S. may be subject to customs regulations and delays (and strip searches).

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to California. (Like, tubular, man).

RETURNS POLICY

You may return any UNOPENED item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). A Return Authorization number is necessary to process your return. To return an item, follow these steps:

(1) Before you do anything, send an email to [email protected] with details about your order and stating the reason for the return,

(2) One of our mail room monkey representatives will reply by email with a Return Authorization number and instructions on handling authorized returns, and

(3) Return to the above address (a) the product (b) the Return Authorization number, (c) your receipt (packing slip) and (d) any other information requested by our Customer Service representative.

Returns made will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
